This five-story office building achieved LEED Gold certification and supported approximately 780 employees. The scope included open and private offices, boardrooms, training rooms with operable partitions, conference rooms, a full-service credit union branch, and collaboration and amenity spaces, along with a data center and integrated technology infrastructure.

This six-story office building expands the Southwest Airlines corporate campus, pairing new administrative space with supporting site infrastructure. Work included site improvements along with a cooling tower and mechanical yard that serve the building’s mechanical systems.
